
The director of Fundación Celta, Germán Arteta, visited the Televigo studios last Tuesday, April 14, to present the organization’s ongoing work and share its main lines of action for the future.
During the interview, the Foundation’s renewed goals were highlighted, focusing on using football as a tool for social transformation and emphasizing its immense potential to drive positive changes in the lives of young people.
In this context, he underlined the special importance for the institution of the development and growth of the Celta Integra Zelnova team. This project remains a key piece in the club’s firm commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities through sport.
Furthermore, he highlighted the resounding success of this year’s ‘Invasión Celeste’, which has reached the extraordinary figure of 3,000 registered participants, consolidating itself once again as an unmissable event in the social and sporting calendar of the city of Vigo.
Finally, the Foundation’s director praised the successful operation and excellent reception of initiatives such as ‘O Celta na escola’ and ‘Celtalks’. Both projects reinforce the organization’s commitment to education, awareness, and the transmission of Celta’s core values among the children in our community, giving meaning to Fundación Celta’s motto: Football that transforms lives.
