The team members learned about the manufacturing process in O Porriño and, together with Zelnova Zeltia professionals, selected the fragrance that will represent the project
Zelnova Zeltia and the Celta Foundation have taken another step forward in their collaboration to promote inclusion and increase the visibility of Celta Integra Zelnova. The team members visited the company’s facilities and laboratories in O Porriño, where they actively participated in selecting the fragrance for a future air freshener linked to the project.
The initiative will bring together Zelnova Zeltia’s industrial expertise and capacity for innovation with the values represented by Celta Integra Zelnova, making the team members protagonists of a specific decision within the product creation process.
A hands-on experience focused on innovation
During the visit, the team learned about Zelnova Zeltia’s production lines and discovered the different stages involved in developing an air freshener, from the initial selection of the fragrance to its formulation and manufacturing.
The participants then visited the R&D laboratories, where they assessed different fragrance proposals and selected the perfume that will serve as the starting point for the development of the new Celta Integra Zelnova Zeltia air freshener.
The activity was designed to ensure that the team members were not merely visitors, but active participants in a business, industrial and creative experience.
A collaboration with a vision for the future
The relationship between Zelnova Zeltia and the Celta Foundation began in December 2025 with the aim of expanding the reach of Celta Integra Zelnova and bringing its values into new areas of society.
Since then, both organisations have developed a number of joint initiatives. These include the team-building and social gathering held at A Madroa between the team and Zelnova Zeltia employees, as well as Celta Integra Zelnova’s participation in the Conde de Gondomar Trophy, the Zelnova Zeltia Grand Prix. The visit to the O Porriño facilities and the joint creation of the air freshener represent another step forward in this relationship, which is based on inclusion, teamwork, determination to overcome challenges and commitment to the community.
The day concluded with a meeting between Celta Integra Zelnova, the Celta Foundation and Zelnova Zeltia professionals, as well as the presentation of a commemorative gift to mark the visit.
With determination, commitment and a vision for the future, both organisations will continue to promote initiatives that strengthen the visibility of Celta Integra Zelnova and help ensure that inclusion becomes increasingly present in the business, sporting and social life of Galicia.
